Landlords are predatory, and they need to be checked.
my landlord fuck up my rental verifications by putting that I use to brought rent late, even they he gave us the 4 day grace period, he is reporting the four day grace period.

@jsnhrv The big deal is you signed the lease and it is YOUR responsibility to abide by it because legally you will end up owing the money plus not to mention the fact that getting your apt ready and advertising to rent it out before you leave costs money. People just don't show up in one second and rent your place out after you've vacated. They have to know about it. 30 days isn't enough time because you still are living there until you leave.

My shitty landlord is giving me a hard time because I only gave them 30 days notice about me moving out.They require 60 days.I think they are making too big a deal of this.I payed my first and last months rent,so whats the big deal.
