Liked 'em along with Melvins back in the day and had the 1st 2 albums....then sold them online and forgot about them. Time to get back into them....great stuff. Very creative and moving. Glad I found their stuff again!

Coolest band ever! No rush, no complication... Note that playing slowly requires even more control and concentration than playing fast. Earth rocks!

Seeing these in April at the Leeds show. I honestly can't wait.. It's something I wont forget.

This is really the rock and roll Arvo Part.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh :)

dylan carlson laid the foundation for this music. sunn0))) started as a tribute to him.

@AcrossTheTen I cant listen to Sunn 0))) it's just not as emotional in my opinion and there picture creeps me out are they monks or some shit. Dont get me wrong I am glad they laid a foundation for this kind of ambiantal rock. But Dylan is much more orignal and emotional and they aren't as fake I guess is what im saying. just listen to the tone man its amazing sun is just blah.

earth es mil veces mejor que sunno))

thats why I love Dylan Carlson. I see him as a visionary. Nobody else is doing something like this except for maybe Sunn 0))) and he is still underrated in the music community.

One of the things I love about this band is how they can conjure such images out of simple music. Earth creates soundscapes using very simple orchestrations. It proves you can have something be rooted in what most considered lunkheaded and make something beautiful and intelligent. The only difference between this and classical music I see is that this doesn't bore the piss out of me.
