"I AM the power of your tongue whether in blessing or curse". Jesus Christ cursed the fig tree. Honesty, means honest emotion and an honest fundamental commitment to the Truth. When happy we don't count to 10 to smile, be honest with emotions. Upset and angry, then be honest and be upset and angry. I AM not saying be quick tempered, what I AM saying is if you need to express anger and punctuate with curse then be honest, just do Not take the Lords name in vain.

I AM describes every single person in the world
I AM = God
which means God is with us all from beginning until end!
