I flag for electric companies and they do talk about what there going to do but not to the extent these guys do and the sleeves are to keep them safe 7500 volts is nothing to play with

yea it looks kinda stupid but it is a good rule to let every one in the loop. i've been on jobs WHERE NOT BEING IN THE LOOP with multable hands working got two guys electrocuted.we all know how crazy shit can happen. bad juju
