  • It should be noted that the whole movement is not 3 beats as you imply, its 3 petals per poi with two petals from each sharing the same space, creating an illusion of 4 petals.

    3 petals in antispin = 2 poi rotations per arm rotation.

    Most of the time the 'switch' in the middle will create an oval pattern in the centre if you do it the way you do, you can cross your arms over so that it doesn't if you really like.
