Trucking Orientation

When you come to an agreement with the Recruiter.....Ask He or She to send it to you in an Email or in Writing. This will cover your ass on the deal you made with the Trucking Company and It will not give them a chance to back pedal on you and change the deal. I'm a ten year driver and should have taken my own advice. I hated seeing the two young guys, that stayed at orientation, getting screwd over. I tried to explain to them what was going to happen to them, but I honestly think they felt trapped down there and felt obligated. In my ten years of driving this was the worst company I have ever had to deal with and the worst at stretching the truth.

Expect a few lies with whoever you go with. That's Trucking Comanies for you.
