How the hell are you going to relate two unrelated songs based on a small section of song. It's inevitable that out of the millions of songs out there, a few are going to sound alike. That don't mean they were an influence on each other. I wouldn't be surprised if Tool never even heard the song you mentioned. So yeah. Fuck you.
