@Emerezilion it's a mathematical term that means 10 to the power of 21 in the metric measurement system. One of the characters in the game, a self-proclaimed genius obsessed with math, uses it as an emphatic term in the way some people would use "totally". Since 10^21 is an unbelievably large number, it actually makes mathematical sense to use it like that.
