El planteamiento general del proyecto esta concebido a crear un polo de desarrollo residencial, en las playas de Coveñas, a partir de las posibilidades turísticas de la zona, edificando un núcleo habitacional de 36 apartamentos, con una altura de 11 pisos en un área de construcción aproximada de 6.000 M2 , para usos recreacionales y vivienda permanente.
