@nikudes thanks, i bought a diamond bulova chrono and thought it was broke, it would never reset to the 12 position, always 8...lol go figure!

Is Victorinox the higher end Swiss Army or are they not related?
-
@bostonmarathon2011 so did you end up returning it? I'm looking to buying one of the officers mechanical watches in the next couple months...they are like half the MSRP on amazon ($795 suggested, going for $450ish on amazon). My father is Swiss born and I've had several Victorinox knives since I was quite young..have always been impressed with the quality.

@nikudes Thank you as well! I was having trouble reseting this counter hand

Great watch for the price. Mine has even been mistaken for an Omega before....

@nikudes Thank you ! it worked.
I bought this watch today from "Macy's". Learned how to use the chronograph from manual. And now came to know that the chronograph hands DO NOT align to 'zero' when the reset button is pressed. The small dial on right stops at '2' and so does the long chrono-arm. I am returning this watch tomorrow asap. NOT BUYING THIS BRAND AGAIN !!!

@bostonmarathon2011 Hey, sorry to hear that. That's happened to me a couple of times with other watches and I recalibrated the hands. I searched online and found these instructions. Give them a try.
Zero reset of 1/10th seconds counter hand
Pull out crown to position 3, press pusher B briefly until hand reverts
Zero reset of seconds hand
Pull out crown to position 3, press pusher A briefly until hand reverts

@nikudes Zero reset of Minutes counter hand
Pull out crown to position 2, press pusher B briefly until the hand reverts
A pusher is at the 2 o'clock position. B pusher is at the 4 o'clock position.
The crown positions are a little counter intuitive. Pull the crown out one stop for position "2" and two stops for position "3."

Now I can reset the second hand on the chronograph, but the tenths hand will not move, and after correcting the time, I noticed once again that the regular second hand was not moving.
Any ideas regarding what may be wrong? Obviously it will need to be fixed, but I would not mind having some sort of a clue as to what may be wrong.

@johnnyclarik1 I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with it. I've never had problems with mine (and I'm not an expert in watch repair). If it's out of warranty I would contact the manufacturer. Most likely they'll be able to recommend a repair center or ask you to send it back to them for repair.
Best of luck,
Nik
