Schooling Millie a few days ago for the first time in a pelham.
I uploaded another video but they kept taking the music off so i gave up.
Millie is 6 now and really starting to fill out and look like she could hold her own in a ring full off welsh mares.

OH Millie is not a jumper, she HATES poles so i was amazed that she jumped them on the last few photos. I tried it a few days later and fell off her for the first time. She just hates them.
She very much the chestnut mare these days haha.

The boy in the dark hoody is my none horsey brother and has NEVER ridden her before and not ridden for years and hes posting and getting her on the bit. The other boy walking around on her in my younger brother, hes the one that owns the little white arab pony Charlie.
This is our new house. We have 16 acres here and its great. No sand school yet but thats on our very long list.

Lewi is in this aswell, can you spot him?

Thanks for watching.

Shes from the amazing DYLASAU stud in North wales!!!

  • @milliesos I have a black section d gelding dylasau rhydian :) another girl got him from Alun, backed him but he was too much for them and they had to sell him to a dealer. I got him then as a 5 year old. Alun has a gorgeous palomino filly full sister to mine! You should get her!

  • @chachahorse Thats my Palomino filly now!!! Id never be able to buy her but iv told him NOT to put her in foal and NOT to sell her as i want her for my growing welsh cob show team haha. XXX Do you have facebook? Id love to see him.

  • Millie is gorgeous! I used to watch your videos and love both your horses and they really influenced my decision in buying my own horse and it turns out he's from the same stud as Millie! I really hope you read this maybe if I didn't watch your videos I wouldn't have my gorgeous boy :)

  • Out of all your welshies, I have gotta say Millie is my favourite!

Lovelovelovelove her! good luck with her future competitions :)

  • Woah! Now THAT is a pretty Welshy. (Looks like Lewi's got some competition :P) in summer got a 5 Year old Black Welsh Sec D & he's getting on really well, however not got a School or a particularly good field to school in, so progress is slow.I've got him working comfortably with a nice relaxed neck & beautiful shape. He's not strong what so ever, and riding in fulmer single jointed snaffle. Any tips on how to encourage him to extend in trot and carry himself lighter? Thanks Xx

  • wow she has got beautiful paces and holds herself beautifully, what a lovely little horse!!:)xxxx♥

  • @milliesos yeah rebekah Manley :) I'm friends with Alun if you have him on there x
