I don't disagree with that, but do you think outlawing magazines is going to acheive anything? The market is flooded with them, and if someone intents to use one, he's going to find one. Bear in mind when hi-cap magazines were banned as part of the FAWB-NFA nonsense, that pre-bann magazines are exempt, as outlawing what's already in people's hands makes about 50 million americans criminals overnight.
Criminals break the law, they don't respect silly feel-good bans.

@puttefnask I wonder if it was just suicide by cop. Considering the amount of bullets fired you would think that someone would have been shot if the gunman was actually aiming.

@SeppLainer Jared Loughner was tackled when reloading , Kip Kinkel was tackled when reloading , Sylvia Seegrist was tackled when reloading , the best and often only chance of stopping a mass shooter is when they are reloading.
