Nice machine but it seems to splatter a bit more than it should. Maybe better guards would fix this problem. Would be nice to see the rear of the machine showing how it separates the plastic from the liquid. Does it use conveyors or some sort of screen process?
Someone please explain how water goes out of date. Face it the water you are drinking could have been pissed out of a dinosaur.

They are expired. That is why they use this machine to "dewater" them so they can recycle the plastic bottles...

They are out of date and this is how they get they extract the expired liquid so they can recycle the plastic.
