  • I remember when you could turn on the radio and hear about 45 minutes of this and similar. Then the DJ would come on and say- "yeah- can you dig that? that was the Airplane, Hendrix, and Zappa. Far out...." No commercials, no corporations, just a stoned hippie and you playing music.

  • There's two ways you can grow old - become more conservative and vegetate - or get more radical and live.

  • Why does today's music have so little meaning? So little heart?

    What's happened to us all?

Has everyone sold out to corporate America?

    I sure hope not.

  • @Expateach Double down on that.

  • @Expateach Thanks for getting it. I'm truly touched.

  • Some of us never sold out- bought in- gave up- and we are still fighting. We never stopped fighting! And now- now we have new young people moving, thinking, driving a way to change. As sure the earth turns, things are going to change- and when the truth is revealed to those who have believed the propaganda they are going to say-"My GOD what were we thinking???"

  • @pouchfreeman Rock on man. We are with you all the way up here in Canada.

  • @louiethesyrian And they've never stopped!

  • @Jaycubb22 todays counterfeit conservatives are the ones who backstabbed us then

  • Great song and sentiment. Brothers and sisters, what a time that was!! Creative music on the airwaves and in the streets along with the smell of ham and gas.

  • I used to think this song was just a piece of 60's history until I lost my job, my insurance, my home and my dignity. Now I'm ready to join the people in the streets and waste some Wall Street Pigs where they stand. Up against the walls motherfuckers.
