Please let her keep singing! She will only get better and better! I would love to see some new vids! She is darling and immersing kids in music and allowing them opportunities (like this) to participate in it is so crucial for creating lifelong singers and musicians! I'm a music teacher/voice coach and this makes me happy to see. Much love and God's riches blessing on this upcoming star <3

Parabéns você canta muito bem em portugues!

Spanish and Portuguese might be similar when reading them, but they sound completely different, specially brazilian portuguese, with all the "africanized" sounds. And YES!!!!! you can understand perfectly what she is saying. They way she says "amanha" with the perfect nasal sound is amazing!

continue on exposing her to portuguese...because if in the future she wants to learn the language...she will have no accent at all!!that is scientifically proved and i know it by expirience!

Thank you for all of your nice comments. Nia can understand a lot of Portuguese since it is similar to Spanish...she speaks Spanish due to her being put in a Spanish Immersion Elementary school..everything is taught in Spanish.
We love Brasil. We went to attend a wedding of our Brasilian friend. We went to Isla Bela island and Sao Paolo.

Could you understand her Portuguese. She speaks Spanish and English...however, my friend speaks Portuguese (she was the reason for us going to Brasil for Nia was the flower girl at her wedding there) and Nia is mimicing what she hears although she understands some Portuguese because it is similar to Spanish. She loves Brasilian music.
