How to engrave Polystyrene

In an earlier video, I built a TRON Templar wall, where I engraved a maltese crosse into the polystyrene. This video will show you how I did it.

The tool I used is called:

Styro Cutter Plus

Plugs into a wall socket, turn on and it heats up in seconds. I pikced mine up at a local craft store with a 40% off coupon for $12.

If I thought it'd survive shipping (and the shipping would be reasonably priced), I'd ship you this board when I was done with my Halloween game. But since neither are the case, I'll just give you how I did it. Wasn't too difficult with the right tools.

well if it were cut into 1x1 pieces it could survive and when i do that sort of things i use soldering irons
