well the prisons are better than states and people know NOT to break the law in london XD the reason people act so rowdy in states is cause we aren't strict enough

haha nice, I just got my outfit and I'm planning on going to the local mall early in the day and walk into this movie store and just stand outside and not move for a while then after a while my friends who have costumes too are coming, and we're trying to get my other friend a darth vader costume and escort him.
