Stay on the web development side id say, i like ur marketing videos maybe keep some of those coming. You said u know a some photoshop, why dont u do some designing web pages in photoshop and maybe show some flash button...and then mounting all this stuff onto a webserver. That would be a neat thing to do since many people want to create their own site. And one more thing; security like securing a web page for transactions like paypal.

MMORPG, or some sort of Platformer. MMOs are very advanced in Actionscript, though. I wouldn't recommend it until you know a LOT of Actionscript. I think you're good 'nough to do it, though. ;)

Flash mmorpg's are written in Actionscript (client side) & Java (server side). Once can be written to constantly use php scripts to save persistant data but that wont be an mmorpg, just a morpg.
So I highly doubt I'll go that far into actionscripting. And if your looking to do game programming maybe a language like python might fit that need more.

Sorry about the sound just so much noise happens when I have it with mic boost.
As for Actionscript... I don't have macromedia Flash, but if I do, do any flash tutorials it will be done with FlashDevelop.
Also What kind of game?
