Thank you Colin for the reminder. I am getting ready to go to a funeral this morning and this is a wonderful reminder of what God's love will do. Joe may be gone but his love remains.

At times, I wonder how life on earth would be like if we all do express our profound love to each other, irrespective of our race, culture, religion and sex. It really true that through it all love remains. Hope, fear, anger are…….. but just a figment of mortals but love and I mean true love conquers it all. Love remains and will always remain through it all…… as a child, through youth life to adulthood and finally, death and may be after. I like this song so much.

Lovely profound words. I like to think we only get loved ones "On loan" so to speak, that's why we should cherish every moment we have with them. When they leave or die we should remember how they made us feel and carry that inside us. Love always remains.

I lost my first born son in April of 2009. I know I've heard this song before, but never actually LISTENED TO THE WORDS. tHIS SENDS CHILLS UP MY SPINE. I know that Brian would have loved this song too. God Bless anyone who has lost a child or someone else that they love. Two years later and I still cry everyday. The world lost a beautiful person when Brian went to live with God.

June 11th, I lost my mother to cancer... I was in the room when she took her final breath. She is now in a better place. I miss her, but one thing still remains in her physical absence... Love.
