Disney's The American Presidents: James Monroe

Yes, Andrew Jackson victories in Louisiana (former French territories) compel the Canadian mounties to return home. So for reward, they voted French guy to be president. Yes, that is all there to it. He probably did a whole bunch more to the young nation. Policies are still being analyzed.
