SMB1 with various speed hacks, then beaten very fast with tool-assisted play. The original game can be beaten in just under 5 minutes, this does it in 1:11! (yes, this is still running at 60fps)
The glitching every few seconds is because the NES (or at least SMB1) can barely handle scrolling this fast ...
You could think of it like activating many cheats, except the changes make it nearly unplayable normally!

i was playing this and on the last level where the cheep cheeps first appear the second they appeared i said "Flying Fish of Kuto!" out of no where! i never even heard that before i was like wtf! laughing XD
