@AngryAgain If you watch the Doc IT was intended ending for superman 2, but ended up being in superman 1.

@Stamps9311 There was a story told by a fan once, that they were watching a screening of 'Superman III', and CR was in the theater. When there was a problem with the sound, Christopher Reeve stood up and recited all the dialogue word-for-word until the movie was finished, so yes, he was a genuine chap'. Cheers

I watched the Donner version last night, finally. I liked it all but the ending. I think it's so stupid to have Superman speed around the world and turn back time so that nothing happened, it defeats the whole purpose of fighting bad guys...he can just fly around the world and turn back time anytime a bad guy shows up so why he even have a fight? Dumb ending.
