A New Jersey father's tireless fight to bring his son home from Brazil. Now the family trying to keep the 9-year-old from being returned to New Jersey is speaking about what they say is best for the boy. CBS 2's Don Dahler has the story.

i dont understand why that Lins e Silva guy wants Sean. It's David Goldman's son, not his! Just because he's grown an attachment towards him does not mean that makes him the biological father. Goldman has gone through years of extremely unnecessary melodrama. I can't even believe that the wife's family is still fighting for custody. I'm glad Sean is home.

in my opinion the biological father and grandmother's family must unite for the sake of the boy, and not be fighting over visits, this boy is going to be a man with problems

think that while the boy is a girl there has only three years to miss the weeping brother. trauma should be a very big one day to the next change of address, people, neighbors, family, very sad. The boy's father will not let him even talk to his sister, and can not use the Portuguese language, Brazilian friends were all back, poor thing,
