@ThatsMrTimex2You lol at cats saying this is a classic. Can't stand the 'revisionist' heads who are so caught up on nostalgia that everything released in the 90s was ill. Yeah, a lot of stuff was dope but there was wack and mediocre shit too. This album was not classic at all. That's why it got slept on. 9 times out of 10, if something is slept on, it's usually because it's not up to par.

@BeaTJunKiE82 true true it is my opinion, some of the softer joints just ruined the mood. It's a good album nonetheless.....man you should have seen my face when i first heard "Who Dat?" i just knew i was in for a treat, and i was....for 8 songs. Who Dat is one of the greatest intros ever i hated that it wasn't longer. I was fortunate enough to own the instrumental.

@ThatsMrTimex2You ...dont forget to mention that this is your opinion, cause i def agree with coolflex!

@coolflex This was far from a classic, it had filler and it was bullshit filler at that (corny radio Jams....and they left off "Basic Training"), if they would have left it as like 8 songs it could have been a classic EP.

These dudes have a "Classic Hip Hop" album and never got the recognition they deserved!! This album is definitely 5 MICS!!! This album was waaaay ahead of it's time!!
DJ Premier obviously did the Drum Pattern but something keeps telling me that V. Black did the Piano Keys and the Baselines. I wanted to post this forever since I saw this Video.
