Vitamin C is an essential nutrient required by the body for

Goji berrys and Indina gooseberry are very high in vit c also , most people think that citrus fruits are the only source of vit C, worse still they think it more convenient to take artificial c in tablet form I heard from one of my teachers that throat cancer is growing among students in India due to a fad for artificial , fizzy C tabs
