This missile is three stage solid fuel propellant rocket same as USA launched in 1986 but having 400 km more range than USA Missile. USA also have LMG-30G Minuteman 3 with range around 13000 km and can be fired within one minute. North Korea declared in 2006 atomic power and launched second deadliest Missile of the worl matching Russian TOPOL-M.
