Taken from an interview with Kimball Collins:

In the summer of 1994, a female patron of "Reunion" collapsed during an event featuring United Kingdom DJ Sasha. The evening was unusually hot, and Collins received the news right after he finished his set. The girl never woke up. "I knew exactly what it meant," says Collins. "I was going to have a problem doing anything like this again." "Reunion" closed down three weeks later.

  • i remeber this night. In fact your interview is with my uncle and brother.I showed it to both of them. i can't believe it took you 13 years to post it.lol

  • @spacecloud75 I you kidding me. This is your uncle? Where is he now? He is hilarious. The reason why it took me 13 years to post this is that I was waiting for technology to catch up. You see, we didn't have You Tube 13 years ago. Cheers!

  • @MattWatts91 awesome reply. LMAO.

  • I remember standing right next to that girl when she collapsed.

  • Freaky ... Titi made those comments at the end and this video comes out now after he recently passed away.

  • The two gentlemen interviewed in this video are now deceased. Anthony, in the jacket, passed away today (April 10, 2011) and Titi died 4 weeks earlier. Their deaths were not connected.

  • those 2 girls were from Palm Bay Florida, they worked @ China Garden on 192 in Melbourne FL.

this was the second time I saw Sasha other than the incident described it was an unbelievable night. The music lifted me for the greater part of the decade. i would go to see Sasha play anywhere in the state of Fl after this @ any location possible.

  • i remember when the girl collapsed...they ran me over carrying her out....she looked like she had a seizure....it freaked me out....
