I do the master cleanse two times a year... spring and fall. It always feels really great... a good inside wash out.

But you DO want to drink the salt water each morning... otherwise all the cleansed debris will just sit inside instead of flushing out.

Oohhh.... much better to flush it out.

Hey, so was the diet expensive? I know that if i do the diet i would use distilled water and organic lemons, pepper and maple syrup. Organic stuff is more expensive than conventional producs. How much did you spend on ingredients? and were they organic?
