Greenberg brings actor Ben Stiller together with Academy Award-nominated writer/director Noah Baumbach ("The Squid and the Whale") to tell the funny and moving tale of Roger Greenberg. Focus Features releases Greenberg in select cities on March 26th, 2010.

Roger Greenberg [Ben Stiller], single, fortyish and at a crossroads in his life, finds himself in Los Angeles, house-sitting for six weeks for his more successful/married-with-children brother. In search of a place to restart his life, Greenberg tries to reconnect with old friends including his former bandmate Ivan [Rhys Ifans]. But old friends aren't necessarily still best friends, and Greenberg soon finds himself spending more and more time with his brother's personal assistant Florence [Greta Gerwig], an aspiring singer and also something of a lost soul. Despite his best attempts not to be drawn in, Greenberg and Florence manage to forge a connection, and Greenberg realizes he may at last have found a reason to be happy.

  • @FallenRaccoon What is the meaning to you? What is Greenberg trying to accomplish in this film. Not the character but what is the film trying to do? I'll give it a shot again someday its just that I have no interest watching it now. That tis all.

  • @MBLAAMABA You should watch GREENBERG again and look deeper and you will find something truly rich and real.

  • @Tarsauce Yeah, sure,he is doing nothing but how can anyone be entertained by a character that doesn't do anything for two hours. Have the character do something instead of dicking around in the house for two hours.

  • @MBLAAMABA Isn't that the point? That this guy is doing nothing and yet it's not trivial? I haven't seen it but this movie looks like a whole lot of nothing, yet it's not trivial.

  • @BiodegradableHumans It is pointless and a waste of time. Don't watch it.

  • Umm, I'm a fan of action and scifi movies..if it's a relationship movie asking me to think..not for me. I'd burn my brain out trying to figure out a scifi movie with cryptic Higgs-Boson references, but yeah..not for lovey dovey relationship movies. But looks like a good one. And if my gf gets away with it, she might pull me through to watch something like this, and I'd have nothing to say.
