easily update your nintendo ds firmware using os up tutorial ( viewing directions below)

you must use high definition to see what i write and high definition and full screen for best results
written instructions below

1. download and put osup on your memory card (you can find it at http://www.acekard.com/download/osup2.5.zip )
2. put your memory stick in your ak2i and the ak2i in the ds or dsi
3. start osup
4. on the bottom right click settings
5. click on the box next to where it says lingua (the box should say italian) until it says english
6. click save
7. now click settings and push the box next to auto poweroff so it says disable (disregard this if it does already)
8. click the box next to save settings so it says enable
9. now click save
10. push update osup
11. click the "A" button until it says downloading on the top screen
12. don't touch your ds or dsi until it says "press B to turn off your ds", when it says this press "B"
13. restart your ds or dsi and go to osup again
14. now click update card
15. repeat steps 4-9
16. press the "A" button
17. pick the firmware you want
18. press the "A" button till it says downloading on top
19. don't touch your ds or dsi until it says "press B to turn off your ds", when it says this press "B"



sorry for some mistakes i made like writing uploading the firmware instead of updating i was under a lot of pressure when i was making the video if you see any other mistakes please leave a comment

@westbrionage sorry for the confusing title, this is for flash cards. those are basically game cards, but you can put in a memory card and do whatever you want. those are always updated for various reasons, and it's a good idea to update them.

@westbrionage it is basically like a jailbroken ipod. that means that you can run things that nintendo didn't want you to have on the ds. you can watch movies, listen to music, play game roms which are basically downloaded games (legal or not), and applications.
