SX1 IS underwater with DicaPac DSLR Case

Shot this in between dives off of Racha Yai near Phuket Thailand in the Andaman Sea. I used a DSLR DicaPac while snorkeling and shot the video with the Canon SX1 IS. I am on the fence about an Ikelite housing for it, but am thinking it would be a good place to start. Wit the current and the fact that the housing is not a great fit, the video is a bit shaky in parts. Diving with it will be easier for video.

hi ive always wanted a underwater DSLR housing for the surf, but i just cant afford one. ive been looking to buy this for a reasonable price. is this case tough enough for waves and surf ?

Hi, I also have a sx1 is an I want to buy an underwater housse to use it on the beach, and why not, in a pool, or in the sea... I have two questions :

How did you chose this case (digapas dslr) and not an other (like the aquapac slr)?

Is it easy to use the zoom in this dicapac case?
