You realize you can see the wire holding him up right? On the way down you see the harnest XD

The fact that he had his finger "plugged" into the stand removes the capabilities of "hand stand", thus, what he did was not a hand stand. Not only that, but if he had fallen, his finger would be snapped like a twig.
