@anonanon556 In order to carry a gun you have to have a background check and you can't have any violations with the law. People who go out and mug others have a history with violence and such and are not allowed to carry them. If Jeff had a gun he would have definitely scared them away. Also, if somebody wants to get a gun and mug people they will break the law anyways.

This is why we all need to be able to legal carry guns. If Jeff would have had a gun on him he could have stopped that piece of garbage that charged him and told him to lay on the ground. Then he could have done it to the other ones. Then he could have told them all to lay on the ground. Then someone could have grabbed a box cutter and took it and drag it all the way down each of the fuckers backs. Then he could have shot each of them in the back of the head, where the spine and skull connect.
