Okay, but the thing is you use a mature matter (weapons) with kids as actors (and not playing in a parodic way). So, either use a 'teen' context (skate-boards, bikes, music, sport, whatever) or use mature actors. Would Matrix be such a success starring 14yo old boys instead of Keanu & Lawrence. And you wont know nothing about effects creation if all you can do is copying what Kramer told ya. Be creative, try to imagine new effects, never seen before effects, try to be yourself.

May I ask how this was parodic? I was limited to only myself as an actor at the time. And can you please point out how I copied him? The only effects I used was some blood splat, some ground hits, and an explosion.

And if you want to be a bit realistic hold the camera but dont act cos you know 15yo kids being chased by an unknown sniper only exist in your dreams. Put your older friends & relatives in front, not you kiddies.

Grenades make fire bud. And read the title please, Effects TEST. I'm not trying to make the actors look realistic, or a realistic story, just testing the effects I got.

acting could have been better and for the shots to the ground shouldnt have been brown like dust should have been white like snow...
