P.S. Do leave a comment and a rating :)!

The second half of the finale is completely given to the army episode. Unusually, the whole half incorporates several classical cliches of opera seria: for example, the descending lines of "what a disaster" or the obligatory suspension-over-time that precedes the stretta which, though, are, of course, humorously used to highlight the absurdity of the situation. For example, in the suspension-over-time Rosina and Almaviva's ornamented lines are contrasted with the comic bubbling of the lower voices.

Here is a list of singers and their respective singers:

Figaro - Alan Opie,
Count Almaviva - Bruce Ford,
Rosina - Della Jones,
Dr. Bartolo - Andrew Shore,
Don Basilio - Peter Rose,
Berta - Jennifer Rhys-Davies,
Constable - Peter Snipp.

Enjoy :)!
