  • Fred and Catherine are so talented they can play completely untalented people.

  • The first time Catherin O'Hara horribly belts, "YOU DON'T NEED TO AAANSWEEERR!!!" I crack up! XD

  • Christopher Guest is a genius...these two, it goes without saying...Brilliant!

  • They kind of cut out the best part where she's crying on the way out of the room. Heh. Brilliant film.

  • I love how she's mouthing his lines. Hysterical.

  • I just love this movie! It's so much like real community theatre. The "music" people & the "theatre" are always not quite on the same page, not to mention adding "dance" people to all of it!

One party NEVER wants to use actors that the other party always casts, no matter how good they are (though admittedly the "Lunts" aren't that good) There's always a person no one ever considered who winds up stealing the show & no matter how bad it is its almost always fun to watch!

  • Track suits.. always a win

  • Corky calls Ron and Sheila "The 'Lunts' of Blaine." I guess they are.

  • Catherine's character in this movie, always has the characters' bangs sprayed straight up - even when she wants to go to Mars and in the old west segment. Love it.

  • @chrisman737 Never noticed that. Amazing.

  • Their actor's mime secret handshake at 0:01 sets up the scene perfectly... laughter and hilarity ensues!

  • :50 Willard's messing up the rhythm is brilliant beyond words. And the pianist caught him.
