Nov 15th, 2007: Protester with Asperger's Syndrome taken inside the fence, out of sight of the crowd - and out of sight of the camera - to be assaulted. And threatened at gunpoint.
Then...
2 nights in jail - spent in solitary confinement.
Denied access to phone for over 24 hours.
No access to any health professional.
Denied food.
$60 worth of legally prescribed medication for Post Tramtic Stress Disorder and Depression related to Asperger's condition stolen from protester's property by UCB-PD officer M Miceli (badge #77). (Bad cop, no donut!)
Accused of a felony that the cops now admit never occurred and was figment of their imagination. Yet still harassed by UCB-PD via a bizarre legal battle that has been drawn out to this day.
AND...
Was later assaulted again by UC Berkeley Police Officer Sean Aranas.
It either ENDS May 2nd, or it gets FAR MORE INTERESTING.
