We do the River races every year, its not a dieing sport, you only need to look at the amount of 60 and 70mph class entries to see its growing.
In saying that though it is very expensive and its a far cry from 60mph class to the likes of this.

haha I tried to get into to ski racing to. I've been skiing since i was six and ive always wanted to ski race. We went to the place and i could do it but its to expensive its a dying sport :(
