  • how i know i have a mother who has alzheimers the last stage and she is home with me.

  • he is tied to the bed because alzheimer patients wonder around and often fall and brake bones.for saftey he is secured.nurses walk them anyways.another thing immature ppl who never had to be strong enough to care for alzheimers patients..here is info,they develop habbits,some yell all day ..some beat who ever is next to them.so b4 ya go tlk ignorant get educated.this can happen to you also.

  • My father has already passed away from AD and my mother has it as well. They each were hospitalized numerous times for various reasons during the course of their disease. My mother fell and broke both her femur AND her hip and because of her AD, did not understand she could not get out of bed and had to be restrained. Many of the nurses who gave care to my mother had little experience wiith AD patients and didn't know her special needs care.
