Our Tiny Texas House is a beautiful Victorian cottage custom made from period reclaimed building materials. The attention to detail is astounding in this work of art. The cottage features vintage stained glass windows, antique wood floors and trim. Climb the ladder to the sleeping loft and sleep peacefully in the plush king size bed. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the porcelain tub and shower.

@Drumlin7777 It would be tough to wash a cookie pan. However there is no oven so I'm not sure why you would be washing a cookie pan in the first place. ;)

I love the music? Who is that? The home is rockin' as well. Looking for a tiny place...but so many restrictions on buying property (size requirements) Where is the best place to tuck a little treasure like this...?

@pornoslut The footprint is 220 square feet and the sleeping loft is 70 square feet. The sleeping loft contains a king bed. I'm glad you like it!

Hello, your little house is wonderful!! My daughter and I are building one and we love the fold-up/down porch. How did you do it?

@litewrkr1 I would contact Brad Kittel at Tiny Texas Houses in Luling, Texas. Essentially the porch roof pivots up and the deck is assembled underneath. Carriage bolts attach the porch roof to the house rafters. It is done this way to so that the house can be transported from the construction facility in Luling to its current home in Canyon Lake.

I DO NOT BELIEVE I WOULD HAVE THE SINKS SURROUNDED BY WOOD HAHAHA. AS U PROBABLY ALREADY KNOW, WOOD AND WATER DO NOT MIX HEHEHAHA
