Yes - both Ama and Hakuho were born in Mongolia.

they both still hold the Mongolian password. (by the way the Mongolian law is the u can be a citizean of only one country) u either choose Mongolia or some other country so they are still 100% Mongolian

I'm sure both men would like to retire back in Mongolia one day, so it makes sense to hold on to their Mongolian passport. But they may both become stable masters after they retire, so it might be a while before they live in Mongolia again.
