  • Great video, especially around the 12 minute mark about handling. You should have taken it to the mountains in Chattanooga. I love driving there, and it really pushes the cars handling.

  • @jaguar1410 Installing an HID kit voids part of the cars warranty (electrical modification) and they never look as nice as factory installed HID/Xenon which is why each bulb costs around $250.00 to replace. A $50 HID kit screams "I live in a ghetto neighborhood". No thanks.

  • @USCUSCTrojan1 That shouldn't have drawn you away. You can buy a HID kit for under $50.

  • I test drove this car today and was VERY disappointed at the fact that none of their Passat trims have HID/Xenon headlights. It's not even an available option! The VW sales manager even said "we are all scratching our heads as to why that option doesn't exist for this trim level". I would have honestly purchased the car if it wasn't for those antiquated halogen headlights. Come on VW this is 2011. So I walked across the street and purchased a new Acura TSX

  • trying to manipulate the telescopic steering wheel while driving... scares me.

  • Cool video

  • @ThePhaneuf89 yeah it's pretty big, but full size sedans are between 197 and 211 inches long. The Passat is "only" 191.6 The 200 is a little bit longer at 191.7

  • @malteadotas4 sorry, I thought that the passat was in full size segment... :/ it's pretty big!

  • lol what fags

  • @malteadotas4 The Chrysler 200 may have a hair more power, but it's still a much slower car in 0-60 and 1/4 mile. Motortrend got 5.7 second 0-60, 14.2 1/4 mile and 119 feet 60 to 0 with a Passat 3.6 SEL with Dual Clutch Transmission. Also, the Passat VR6 actually produces far more power than the Pentastar V6 in Europe, it's just that the US version has been neutered a little.
