Having raised my family, and finding the space in my life, I have refound the passion for art through textiles that started with the Girl Scout sewing badge when I was 7. I have a floor loom and an Aura wheel. I just got the wheel in September but I'm a committed passionate spinner already. I so enjoyed seeing all my yarn sisters and their passion! Thank you so much for making this, Ashley! It enables many of us who were not there to be part of the Yarn Revolution! Love to you!

THANK-YOU so much for taking the time to answer my question. I need to find a farm with sheep, right.:>) This hopefully will not be hard in North Carolina. I was watching someone else's video about Yarnival and I saw you walking around taping your documentary. Thank you too for understanding that I was asking my question respectfully.
I see you approved my comment but you didn't answer my question. (I've learned from past experience that communicating though computer can sound cold and accusing this is NOT how I'm asking this question) I'm wondering is this something that 's giving a secret away or did you feel like I should be able to figure this out? I didn't know what to think. Hey, maybe you're busy.:>)

I just found your channel, I've been enjoying it. I had just learned about Yarnival on Pluckyfluff's facebook page. How wonderful to watch your documentary about it. I have a question about all the fleeces in bag . When I see spinners with bags like that how much are they and about how many pounds is contained per bag. Where do you go to buy fleece like that, do you have to be at a fiber festival?

@outsidethebox3 Depends on the bag. Those bags were $10 per bag but I have seen fleeces up to $40 per pound in bags like that. Even more for luxury fibers. Looks like the bags ranged from 3-7 pounds per bag. Depends on the fleece breed. Depends on the farmer. Depends. There is no flat rate price for wool. You can pick up bags like that at a farm, or a sheep and wool festival.
