Welcome to DRIVETIME CHAT with Robert Piercy (that's me). The aim of this channel is to spread a passion for the supremacy of God in all things. So how will this be accomplished?

1. BY THE WILL AND PLEASURE OF GOD. We must first realize that if anyone is to find his joy in God, it's going to require a dump truck sized load of grace. For this reason, I promise to pray--every time I upload an episode--that God would stir in you a passion for His glory.

2. BY POINTING YOU TO GOD-CENTERED RESOURCES. With so many so-called "resources" out there, it's important to know who and/or what can be trusted. So from time to time, I may recommend resources that I personally use. Of course, if you don't trust me, you don't have to act upon my recommendations.

3. BY ADDRESSING TOPICS AND QUESTIONS RAISED BY BOTH CHRISTIANS AND SKEPTICS. It doesn't matter if you're a Catholic Priest wanting to talk about supersessionism or an agnostic wanting to talk about the problem of evil, we'll tackle any topic.

4. BY ARTICULATING GOOD THEOLOGY. Whether you acknowledge it or not, all things exist for the glory of God. God values most that which is most valuable: namely himself. Since God is supremely valuable, it is supremely important that we seek a proper understanding of Him.

4. BY CLEARLY COMMUNICATING THE GOSPEL. Beware of false gospels and false teachers, because they are everywhere.

So, if there is anything you would like to see discussed in a future episode, feel free to leave a comment. Of course, all comments will be monitored to insure a safe place for my 7-year old to visit if she wants.

  • This is a fun idea. I'd really love to hear you reflect on your day, what happened, what it means, how it honored God or didn't.
