@AishiteneLove Fukui is not a part of Kansai, despite being somewhat close...her dialect is not Kansai-ben and is considered very rural (which is why it was made into a joke on Utaban).

The verse parts of "Osaka" are a bit of an awkward fit, but the choruses and chorus lead-ins really help make this combo work. The final minute of music especially fits well.
What's interesting is that Ai Kago (of Nara) was probably the closest Morning Musume ever had to a singer from Osaka, so putting her vocals on this beat makes sense in a way.
