Charity Presentations | Financial Literacy: TEACH IT!

Jennifer Ingebritsens third-grade students explore the concepts of community and financial responsibility by advocating for a charity of their choice. Groups of students conduct research, then create a presentation aimed at persuading others to support their charity. Persuasive writing, technology use, public speaking, and group work are all part of this language arts lesson.
