I actually watched this original Let's Play series. I thought the couple's talking back and forth was sort of cute. Apparently, they broke up later, which sort of made me feel bad for the guy.

@bravojr It is 8 of them.
The last is on the last level however hence it only takes 7 to really "get" the ending.

@Te4RHyP3 yes, Collect all the "secret stars" I believe 5 or 6 of them.
A alternate version of the Final level will be played and you will be able to catch up to the "girl", who upon touching her, there is the sound of a nuclear explosion.

If only it was just a "love story", instead it's about a scientist obsessed with creating a nuclear bomb, only to wish to actually turn back time.
