What's offensive about this incident is not that she was falsely accused of being godless but the fact that the people out there think that being godless is an unspeakable act which must be supressed

Disgraceful that Dole did this. And I heard that she was a religious woman who prayed every day to be in God's will....did she run this by Him at all when he violated the commandment, 'Thou shalt not bear false witness?'

Godless and proud of it!!! Religion has no place in government...it is actually illegal in this country for religion to take part in our federal government. To all you religious nuts out there, practice your religion in your church and leave it out of my life!!!
