Pre fetal tissue clumps are hardly babies.

So does a rapist who impregnated his victim get the veto? Or an abusive husband/boyfriend who sabotaged the woman's birth control in hopes of controlling her further? What happens if the father is nowehere to be found?

If the woman dies in childbirth, can we try the man for manslaughter?

And what I advocate regarding the father of the baby is a veto. A veto does NOT give him the legal authority to compel an abortion, but rather simply the legal authority to prevent one.

Its the woman's body and therefore her decision. Your argument gives the man control of a woman's body, which is deeply disturbing.

What if the father wants the abortion but the mother doesn't? Your argument would give the man the right to make the woman have the abortion since apparently you think the man should get the say.

What about when the father of the baby is a good guy and wants to raise the baby on his own?

Should the mother of the baby still be legally allowed to kill his child by abortion?
