  • Both these people are true characters! lol Crotchety old man and looney old lady. lol

  • @mrsillywalk Er, I know a lot of people with disabilities that call themselves handicapped.

  • @mrsillywalk you are an idiot. snopes. com/language/offense/handicap.asp read this.

  • Handicapped ? Do Americans still use this derogatory term when referring to someone with a disability? A little education would help here. Cap in hand is the image of a beggar.

  • @stewartx5 My point is, he is not the one with the disability and unless his wife is with him in the car, he is not entitled to use the handicapped spot.

  • @TheSkylur44

Under the Americans With Disabilities Act, any disability significantly limiting mobility requires reasonable accommodation. Limited use of one or more leg, requiring the use of a cane or similar, qualifies. When it comes to handicapped parking spaces, requirements vary from state to state. However, contrary to widespread misconceptions, that's seldom limited to just wheelchairs. Other walking assistance devices, such as a cane or crutches, usually qualify as well.

  • @tackN2Wind Huh. That's really surprising that I missed that. I was looking at the first "to". That's why I was confused when you pointed out it was wrong.I agree now. Thanks, I have no idea how I missed that second misspell.

  • @sakume The correctly spelled sentence would be: "What the fuck is this country coming to." A free review of the lesson you missed while hurling spitballs through soda straws: Distinguish the preposition 'to' from the adverb 'too' and the numeral 'two.' As in the sentence: "If it isn't TOO cold, I will take my TWO poodles TO the park. Besides, the original idiot should have written: "Doesn't anyone speak correct English in court anymore?" Sad, so sad; this is why so many fail their GRE's.

  • @tackN2Wind Did I miss where he used "to" incorrectly? How is it incorrect?
